What do we receive?
You’ll receive a password-protected online gallery filled with all your guest messages. Think of it like your own personal wedding TikTok or Instagram feed. Binge on heartfelt messages, funny moments, late-night chaos and everything in between, all beautifully organised in one easy-to-share space. Depending on your package, this can include individual clips, edited highlight videos, and footage from both the Open Booth and Roaming experience.
When will we receive our videos?
Our typical turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks, though this may vary slightly during peak wedding season.
Can we customise the prompt questions?
Absolutely - the more creative, the better! We’ll provide a list of suggested prompts, but you’re welcome to customise them to suit your personalities, relationship to guests and the vibe of your event.
How much space do you need?
Our setup is designed to be clean, minimal, and reception-friendly. For the Open Booth set up we typically require a 1m x 1.5m footprint and access to nearby power.
What type of events do you cater for?
While weddings are our main focus, Reel Capsule is also perfect for engagements, birthdays, baby showers, gender reveals, anniversaries, corporate events, and more.
Do you offer a photobooth service?
Currently, Reel Capsule focuses exclusively on video guestbook experiences. We love the more interactive nature of video — but never say never for the future.
Do you offer other videography services?
Yes, alongside Reel Capsule video guestbook, we also offer traditional wedding videography coverage including highlight films, ceremony edits, speeches, and content creation.
